I am at the Center for Integrative Medicine at the Ohio State University in Columbus Ohio
Would suggest you contact Laura Kunze, program director so you can see if the program fits your needs.
I would need all your labs faxed to my office at 614-293-9677 for my pre-visit analysis
Then you would need to either come to Wednesday evening class from 5-7 PM on principles of NutriGenomic Nutrition the 1st, 2nd, 4th or 5th Wednesday evening at 2050 Kenny Road OR have an intake with Katie Scholl, CNP before my visit. She will be reviewing your food and drink intake for a 30 day period, all your bathroom bottles for gliadin like compounds and propylene glycol(antifreeze) and so much more so you would need to bring all these or photocopy their labels.

I will then examine your hair thinning, your other nutritional deficiency markers and review your medical and health history, then develop your unique protocol which generally can restore your immune system in 180 days if you are completely compliant.

So this is not a simple, do this and do that approach to restoring your hair and your health
