Alternative Medicine/Probiotics

Question
Hi Tonja, Here is a quick question. Are probiotics that require refrigeration better than those that are "shelf stable?" I've always heard that and have taken a probiotic needing to be refrigerated with success, but my chiropractor suggested one that is shelf stable after I had a meridians analysis that revealed some digestive needs. Thank you for your time!

Answer
Hello,

I always prefer refrigerated probiotics over shelf stable. Sounds like you might want to do enzymes with that as well.

I would suggest Probiotic 11 and Proactazyme plus.

You can find these at my webstite and much more at www.yourherbalhealthsolutions.com
