Alternative Medicine/Ending These Nervous Habits!

QuestionI've always been a nervous person, dealing with TONS of stress since day ONE! I've bitten my nails since I've had teeth, I "pick" at my skin, but now this new habit is really causing pain. I've been dealing with cold sore blisters frequently due to poor health and stress, and though I'm on strong meds for it, they keep reoccurring.
So I've taken on the habit of not only chewing on my lower lip so they never heal and end up as ugly white sores, but constantly and unconsciously licking my lips as well. I have no idea how to stop this. I've tried the rubber band on the wrist, yoga, deep breathing, meditation, etc. but it doesn't seem to help! I really need to get this under control ASAP!

I'd like to make a couple suggestions and ask if you would be open to taking a good look at your health issues as the cause of these negative habits.
Very often if not always, once our underlying health issues are taken care of, some of these things will go away naturally. I would like to recommend a Shaklee program for you. My suspicious is that you have major nutritional imbalances. I would like to suggest this program.
