Alternative Medicine/Treatment for Dry Skin

Question
I really want a herb or supplement that would work on my dry skin. I already take Omega 3's and my skin is still dry. Any suggestions would be great!

Hi Valerie,
I am not aware of any internal supplements that will guarantee cure for dry skin. Zinc is known to be helful for skin integrity and may help. There are many topical creams that can help. A few examples to consider are Uremol, Lachydrin, Neutrogena.
