Question
Hello Jayne,
recent paramed suggested have cholesterol readings at 308.  Since I am 5'3" at 132 lbs that seemed shocking to me.  However, after visit to doctor and further work it seems I have abnoramlly high liver enzymes (doctor says 'fatty liver) since my BMI is 23.  Any suggestions for a healthier liver since I don't eat a lot of meat, cheese or eggs.  Can't think what the problem is. I am 65 yrs old.  thank you very much, nanny jerri

Answer
We would have to go over everything you eat and you may want to see a naturopathic doctor to tell you what it is that is causing the problem Have you ever considered doing a cleanse or buying a juicer and eating just veggies for awhile. You may want to do that  and see if you can find a solution. Jayne
