QuestionI am going on 2 years of dealing with this disease, and I have done 2 doses of RAI. I also still take Tapazole still and Atenol. What can I do to get rid of all this? I have just about tried everything that I can think of. Hope you can help me. Thank You.
AnswerDear Louise - Graves is a difficult one to deal with; but we have seen success with Shaklee. It takes a lot of nutrients and it takes some time. Nutritional wellness takes time for the cells to rebuild but given the right nutrients and the right time there is often success. I will make a recommendation for a nutritional program and if you feel you would like to make a commitment to it, there is a good chance you will have success. I will also connect with some of my colleagues for some testimonials. I would be glad to work with you individually to give you support and guidance. You may need to also look at lifestyle changes which may be affecting your body to heal. If you would like a complementary consulation with me to discuss this, I would be happy to spend an hour with you.
The first step would be in doing a detoxification program which includes liver detox, herb-lax, alfalfa and optiflora. You would do this for about a week and then slowly introduce nutritional supplements including vitalizer (which contains the basics), a good soy protein and some immune builders (Nutriferon). This begins to rebuild the body. There may be other supplements we can add later specific to graves but this is how you begin.
You can take a look at Shaklee at www.integrativewellness.myshaklee.com - Shaklee is available in Canada so you will be able to become a member and receive a 15% discount (as well as an autoship discount if you choose to do that).
This is what I recommend and if you feel guided that this is the right path to begin, let me know. You can contact me at zannrose@aol.com and let me know any questions and your thoughts. Shall we begin re-building your health! Best wishes, Suzanne
