Question
I have been prescribed lyrica for sciatica and herniated discs. Is there an alternative medicine I can use for the same "nerve calming" effect. Also, is there an alternative medicine for pain relief. Thanks much.
Hello Barbara,
I work with this quite a bit and have had my clients tell me that have had good results with the following.
KB-C and SCiatic homeopathic + lots of pure water, preferably alkaline water. Chiropractic care can be very helpful here.
For Herniated Disc I have had clients tells me they have good results with the following.
KB-C, Nature's Fresh, Mineral Chi Tonic, Thai go and Noni juice.
IF Relief might also help ease the pain while the others can help with the healing. Chiropractic are and stretching exerices may also be helpful.
