Hello,

If someone were to have unintentional weight-loss issues due to excessive alcohol use, do you think milk thistle or liver support supplements could help aid?

Hello Evan,

If it were me I would use Milk Thistle Combination. You can find this on my website.

The person may not be eating enough quality food as well.

Sometimes their is a hiatal herina issues going on.

Often times their is stress which needs to be dealt with.

Enzymes like Proactazyme Plus would be good to aid in digestion as well.

Make sure the person is drinking plenty of water.

A colon clean may be in order. I like CleanStart.

Adressing the adrenals are very important with exceswsive alcohol. I use Adrenal Support.

Kudzu/St. John's helps with cravings as well.
