Can you give me any advice on how I can promote healing and injured pheripharral nerve. Any supplements herbs or dietary recommendations. Thank you

Hi Paul - I would make some recommendations for a basic program with some additional supplements specific to nerve healing.   I recommend Shaklee because of the science, their peer reviewed studies and the quality and integrity of the raw ingredients and of the company.  Bottle line, they work where most don't.   

To begin with there is a product called Vitalizer which is the basic essentials every body needs includes multi, b-complex, Vit. C, fish oil and optiflora (probiotic)

a solid protein, recommend either a soy or whey protein

adding lecithin which is specific to nerve healing

and Vivix - this is a new product that works on the cell level and is specific to each individual's healing needs.  We have had amazing testimonials with this product.

This may be a start program for you and you may find that you need more of some nutrients more than others and you may see slow but sure results in about a month or 6 weeks.  Every person is different so you can't guarantee how or when you would see results; but the body needs to regenerate cells and heal so supplements are not a quick fix but a rebuilding process.
