My friend has ulcers and stomach cancer the stomach cancer she is getting therapy for that but the ulcers she is getting medicine for that but what about this product 100% RAW UMF 16+ ACTIVE MANUKA HONEY http://www.amazon.com/ACTIVE-MANUKA-HONEY-Haddrells-Cambridge/dp/B000M6CTZG/ref=...  the Makuna Honey people have claim can cure ulcers I know it won't do anything for the cancer but is this true for the ulcers will this help better than the pills.  She's 22 if you need to know age and another question what does the number 16 mean for the product I found another one that says 20 on it what is the difference and which should she use?

This kind of honey is not better than pills. However it will help the healing process. If your friend has ulcers and stomach cancer he needs the help of a 'living' doctor not help via the internet.
UMF 16+ means Unique Manuka Factor 16+
