Question
Will taking dong quai or red clover decrease the effectiveness of my birth control? I've looked up info on the net but have trouble getting a clear answer.

There probably hasn't been enough studies done on this.  I would say no but if you are trying to balance your hormones look into maca.  Also fatty acids like flax are important and B complex  Take probiotics if taking birth control as it is know to destroy them .B complex as we.Jayne
