Question
I have had moderate acne my whole life, I'm 22 and its become rediculous! Nothing I do will make it go away! I know its partly because I have pcos. I am on birth control which my doctor told me would help, and its actually made it much worse! I've used every product from what the dermatologist gave me to over the counter to house hold help items.. I would just like something to work! Thanks so much!

Hi Rhianna -- I am sorry to hear of your acne challenge.  I can make a couple suggestions that we have seen work.  Acne needs to be tackled from the inside as well as the outside.  First a couple questions:   how is your diet?   Do you drink enough filtered clean water?   Those are two things that can be help in the whole process.  

I would like to recommend a couple products to help you work on the inner and outer of your body.  

The products I recommend are from the Shaklee Corporation because I have seen these work with many people and for my own family.

First to work internally:   A detoxification program is in order:  the detox products from Shaklee are:

Optiflora -- 2 part system -- this is acidophilis which works on the intestine which is the seat of the health of the body.  

DTX:  liver detoxifier

Herblax;  a natural laxitive

Alfalfa -- cleanses the kidneys and body systems

Begin with a detox for a week and then add a Vitalea (multi) and protein source (Cinch or Energizing soy)

From the outside you would use the Products Enfuselle Cleansing Lotion, Enfuselle Toner and Enfuselle Acne Clarifying complex  (for the cleanser, (they have both for dry and oily skin).  You may have the oily skin with acne but often people have combination skin.

These are the optimal products to use to be most effective.   If you are on a tight budget, I would start with these

Optiflora and the enfuselle cleanser, toner and acne clarifying complex.   Obviously, if you are able to do the entire program, it is recommended if possible.
