Question
can you tell me what alternatives there are to aluminum laced brands like colgate or crest?  I somehow get the feeling that the aluminum is bothering my stomach or the body in general...... or if there is a cheap healthy way to clean teeth? health food store toothpaste is too expensive so I would looking for a good idea that is economical.

This is what I found:
A far more effective dentifrice than commercial toothpaste can be made out of three ingredients. Baking Soda, Salt and Hydrogen Peroxide. Mix 1 teaspoon of each just before you use it (it's ok to leave the baking soda and salt premixed but not the peroxide) and then scrub this into your gumline and brush with it like you would toothpaste.
