Question
can you tell me what alternatives there are to aluminum laced brands like colgate or crest? I somehow get the feeling that the aluminum is bothering my stomach or the body in general......or if there is a cheap healthy way to clean teeth? health food store toothpaste is too expensive so I would looking for a good idea that is economical.

Hi Peter,
The health food store and some pharmacies sell a herbal source toothpaste called Tom's.
Give it a try. You can also just sprinkle baking soda on your toothbrush and use it.
