Alternative Medicine/High Shortsightedness

Question
Hi,

I started wearing glasses with power of -2 when I was 8 years old.  Over time it worsened and now at aged 21, it had gone even worse. The last time I checked a year ago it was -9 diopters.

My Question is---
Are there any techniques, alternative medicine or any treatments that would completely restore the vision of my eyes?

I am not thinking about lasik, because I heard it does not restore naturally to  100%. There are chances of adverse after-surgery effects, it burns the cornea and the cornea is not perfect like before, and IOL is artificial.

Answer
Hi there
Yes, there is hope for your eyes, how "completely" though, I cannot say.....
EYEBODY is a merging of the principles of the Alexander Technique with "natural vision improvement" practices, developed by Peter Grunwald, a German-now-resident in New Zealand.  He himself had terrible eyesight as a child and now is glasses-free.
He runs courses internationally, including the USA, I believe.  However one of the best inSIGHTS is gained by attending his intensive Retreat course here in New Zealand (escape the American winter!!!)
There is no quick fix.. but dedication will have benefits, I am sure.

Let him know that you've enquired - maybe I'll get to meet you DownUnder.
