Alternative Medicine/coffee enema

Question
I'm trying to find the best coffee to use for a coffee enema. I've read that it is important that the coffee is organic and light roast. I'm wondering if you recommend any particular brand(s)?

Thanks,
Mike

Answer
Most recommendations are for lighter roast, and organic is important, but it does not need to be an expensive brand.  Basically, the organic equivalent of Maxwell House would be suitable.  You also want to avoid decaf, because the chemicals used to process decaf are undesirable esepcially for this use.  If you're in the US, I'd suggest trader joe's or whole foods stores if either is near you--there both likely to have at least one coffee that fits the bill.
