QUESTION: hi im 77n years old have diabrtes and high blood pressur under control.i a have cronic insommnia/currently on xanax and remeron.looked up best sleeping aids .com they reccomend amberest which contains melatonin and herbs i never heard of they are not regulated like hemopathic meds so god knows how that crap reacts with diabetic and high blood pressur med.can you reccomend a hemopathic med for sleep that wont effect my other meds.tried calms forte/did nothing

ANSWER: I'm not a homeopathic doctor.  Herbs you can try passion flower. I think that is safe.  Jayne

You asked about homeopathic medicine and I am not a homeopathic doctor. I am an herbalit and I stated that Passions Flower has proven to be effective for a sleep ail  You can also try valerian root. These are recomeentations and everyone is different.  Herbs work for the body to heal itself not like drugs  treating symptoms. They are medicines but for me under a catagory like food is classed. They have monerals and vitamins and enzymes to help the body heal. Jayne
