dear sir my name is milan and m frm mumbai m suffering from multiole lipoma on my bopdy coz of which m tensed a lot and in depression coz it looks really bad plz help me sir to get cure this as early as poss..

Hello Milan,

Thanks for your question.  Lipomas are non-cancerous, and typically do not cause many problems unless they grow into other areas or prevent detection of more serious conditions.  But they are not typically considered a sign of optimal health.  You can think of lipomas as a way the body is trying to sequester or get rid of toxins.  Normal routes of elimination (lungs, liver, intestines, kidneys, skin) may not be functioning optimally, causing the body to get rid of substances as lipomas rather than increase bowel or bladder function, sweat, etc.  So in order to get rid of the lipomas, you can try improving the other routes of elimination.  

Exercise is typically helpful, as long as it is a mixture of aerobic exercise as well as strength training.  Likewise, a diet that is balanced in protein, carbs, fat, fiber, water, and nutrients is most likely to be best for elimination, liver & kidney function.  Stress management, sleep, and proper breathing & structure play a role, also.  Once these things are in balance, you may find the lipomas decrease, because you are eliminating through normal methods.
