Hi,
I was diagnosed wit pco 2 years ago but have regular periods and no symptoms apart from the doctors seeing cysts on my ovaries, I recently starting taking vitex as I've been told that it helps with ovulationg and regulating the hormones and balancing I taking the capsules once a day as prescribed, I've been taking it for a month now and my regular period has not shown up, can you tell me why this had happened.
The herb itself will not do the changes you are looking for. How's the diet I would get off red meat and processed foods. Do a liver cleanse if you can. Go to the health food store and talk to someone on how to clean out your body targeting the liver. ARe you taking B complex. Calcium magnesuim. are good too. Look into Chritine Northrups book She is a doctor and looks at the shole body . Jayne
