Hi,
I'm 21 years old female. I've been having hair loss recently (but i gotta admit that I've been really careless and never took care of my hair or even use heat protectant). Can i use castor oil to treat hair loss and how can i use it??
I dn't know about the astor oil I know rosemary oil is good and some treatments like castor oil I can see would be good. I would take Kelp for thyroid support 6 capsules a day and B complex. Massage the scalp often and use natural shampoos and conditioners. Jayne
