I am not a doctor by no means. I am 31 I have been doing this on and off for last 10 years. However the last year it has become a regular nuisance.  Even waking me up at night. Itsalmost a regular thing now. I have seen 3 neurologist. I jave had MRi, EMG, been tested for MS 20pages of labs and still dont know why it is happening. I apologize now if any typing errors because both my hands are tingling and pulling and it takes an extrapush to make them work properly. Hope you find answers. As for me I am still looking.
