Question
I have widespread pain from fibromyalgia. Can i take Devil's Claw and in what dosage?

Would you recommend something different? I am 62, female, in fair health.

Thank you, Denise

Answer
Hello Denise.
There are a number of herbs that are helpful for pain - Devils Claw is one of them.  Cats Claw and Jamaican Dogwood are a couple of others that might also be useful.

However, taking something to alleviate your symptoms does not address the underlying issue/s.
Many people with Fibromyalgia benefit significantly from a detoxification program and making changes in their diet.   Would also check your vitamin D level.
I suggest working with a herbalist or naturopath to work through these.

All the best
Sharon
