ANSWER: Hello Marco
Whoever prescribed these for you should have given you the instructions.
My recommendation is that you take:
Ginkgo and Panax ginseng each morning.
Omega 3 with dinner
and the L-Arginine when you really want the boost - not all the time.
The recommended dose is 1.5g (ie 3 capsules)
Note that this will only work if you are short of l-arginine.

Your diet is also important - as high amounts of animal fats (from meat, cheese etc) can block up your blood vessels.  If your cholesterol is high this is an indicator of possible problems related to your diet.

All the best,

QUESTION: thanks for your reply.
one last question.
is green tea supplemens good or bad for male sexual health?
thank you kind regards

Hi again.  Green tea is an excellent antioxidant and has protective benefits for the reproductive system, in particular the prostate gland. I am not certain if Green Tea supplements are better than drinking fresh Green Tea though.  You might also like to drink a glass of pomegranate juice daily - make sure that it is one that does not have added sugar.  This is also good for the male reproductive system, as well as overall health.

All the best
