Question
Hello,I am a 44 year old woman.I am being treated for rosacea.I had a few pimples and they are cleared for the most part.
I did not have such dry skin on my face till using Metrogel and then was switched to a sulfur cleanser. The dryness is so bad now that I can only use it once a week because the dryness is so unbearable.I was supposed to use it once a day.
I ended up using mineral oil or vaseline to help with the dryness its so bad.Can you recommend anything thats helps the rosacea and the dryness?Or send this a long to someone on here who can?
Thanks,
Ross

Answer
Hi,
Since the rosacea is clear there is no need to use a medicated product until it flares up. Vaseline Professional Care will moisturize your skin as will Nivea cream. If you need to continue using a medicated product use a cream based one such as Stieva-A cream which needs a prescription. Gel based products are more drying.
Thank you for using Allexperts
