Question
1)  I have been having acid foods for about 1 1/2 years.  How do I obtain an alkaline body?

2)  I've been diagnosed with Type I diabetes when I was 12.  I am now 30.  Can my immune system be retrained to stop attacking Beta cells (Islets of Langerhan- I think they are) in my pancreas?  If so, how?

Acidity can be controlled by normalizing intestinal flora. Go to your health food store and ask them to give you a good brand of natural probiotics. The more strains it has the better.

You can also ask them for organic apple cider vinegar, as this is quite helpful towards acidic conditions.
