QuestionI have been suffering from Acne for a few years now. I am 16 years old and I have tried everything to get rid of it.
I was put on a low course of antibiotics , which helped the acne, but gave me an upset stomach and diarreah often, so I haven't gone back to the anttbiotics as I know what harm they must be doing to my body. I've tried benzoyl peroxide, and countless other things from the drug stores and supermarkets but have come to the conclusion it must be an internal problem. I have a healthy balanced diet, I eat lots of greens and fruits and take vitamins every day, drink loads of water and wash my skin twice a day, and get plenty of excercise. I think the current acne might be aggrevated by the fact that I am very stressed at the moment, but It seems to be a problem ( though not quite so bad) even if i am happy and not stressed. I went to a Naturopath who told me that she could tell that I was very obviously acidic, just by looking at me. She also said I had a yellow ring in my eyes around the pupil, which shows that me Liver isn't functioning properly, probably due to the fact that I was stressed. She mixed me a bach flower remedy suitable for me , which seems to have made me more laid back and my emotional state improved a bit but the acne is still prevalent. Can you help me? I want to treat this as naturally as possible and be in optimum health. I would like to cut meat out from my diet, but It would be hard to do so because I am still young and am not allowed to do this.

Yes, i can help you. The antibiotics and other chemical ridden solutions are out of the question. They will only cause an increase in the acne over time, not decrease.
Antibiotics destroy all bacteria including the friendly flora our intestines need to function in a healthy and balanced manner.
You should start by taking probiotics. Look up primal defence ultra or I-Flora, on google search. Take one of these supplements daily. Take double the dose for the first 2 weeks, then reduce to the regular dose after that. Always take these products on an empty stomach, about 10 minutes before a meal. It would work very well if you could open the capsules and completely empty them into some yogurt, and consume that. You can also take them with milk that is certified organic.
This will replenish the flora you are missing and will act towards reducing all harmful bacteria in your system.
Next, if you are taking a multivitamin, please stop. They are synthetic and harmful to your body. Do not take them. Replace this with a good nutritional super-food. Look into this:
