Question
Hello Eric,
Is there much difference between the different supplemental brands on the market? There's such a big difference is price. I take 10+ supplements daily and am spending big bucks for them. I look forward to your thoughts on this subject.

Hi Susan,
The big name brands would cost more due to higher advertising costs. Here in Canada they are required to have DIN number which assures the consumer of consistency from batch to batch and guarantees it contains what the the manufacturer claims it contains.
If the supplement complies whith this standard then one brand is as good as another if the contents are the same.
