Alternative Medicine/Anti-worms herbs

Question
Hi,

I've had spectacular success in regaining health after recovering from CFS, anxiety and a host of ther health problems. I achieved this as a direct result of trying out an all-raw version of the Palaeolithic Diet over the last 4 years. Given my  incredible success on this diet as compared to other treatments, I naturally am not looking for  comments on it, but am (very mildly) concerned re worms/parasites. I haven't had a single such problem in the whole of the last 4 years despite eating a lot of aged raw meat and  raw wild animal innards, but, who knows, since I'm doing this diet for life, I wish to be prepared against any eventuality in the distant future. I've, in the past, once or twice used wormwood, cayenne-pepper and pumpkin seeds, which I'd vaguely heard were effective vs worms, but stopped once I realised I was not getting any womr symptoms. Is there a more effective herbal series of remedies which might work or is that combination OK, should I ever develop symptoms at a later date?

Thanks,
Geoff Purcell

Answer
I would suggest doing a parasite cleanse 2 x a year. Spring and fall are best. Start at a new moon and work towards a full moon as parasite are most active during a full moon.

I would consistantly take protease plus on an empty stomach with an enzyme called Proactazyme.

Two times a year I would do a cleanse. I suggest the ParaCleanse with Paw Paw in it.  I would also do the Parasite Homeopathic.  I would also do a high fiber cleanse called CleanStart before the parasite cleanse and rest for 10 days and then do the parasite cleanse.
