Question
I wanted to know if the drug Avelox will help with a tooth infection?

Thanks
Frank

Answer
Hi Frank,
Avelox is used for treating respiratory tract infections. It is not usually used for treating tooth infection unless the culture shows that the bacteria is sensitive to Avelox.
