Dear Imran,

Your advice is most helpful.  I sincerely appreciate you checking out that website I sent.  After reading the book "Chronic Fatigue Unmasked", I was convinced to try this out.  I'm actually getting my adrenal tests back soon and should know how bogged down they are.  There's a practitioner I'm consulting with and he is going to monitor my treatment.  I also have a friend in a similar situation as mine, who is also trying the protocol.  I feel like it's worth a shot--with chronic fatigue, it's hard to tell what will end up working in the end.  What seems to work for one person doesn't always work for another.  

I went ahead and bought some of the transfer factor classic that you mentioned.  I'm excited to see how it works.  I didn't buy the rio-vida as it was out of my price range.  I was wondering if you could tell me how you take the rio-vida.  It looks like a regular drink with high amounts of antioxidants, transfer factors, and lactoferin.  Are there multiple servings for the one bottle?  I'm hoping I can get away with just the transfer factor for the time-being, but am open to buying the rio-vida if it will make a profound difference.  

You also mentioned cutting back on sugar.  I don't eat any processed sugar right now.  I eat a lot of fruit (berries, apples, bananas, grapes, figs, etc.)--should I cut back on eating this form of sugar?  I went about 2 years without any fruit because I was fending off candida, but decided about a year ago to start them all back up again.  I felt the nutritional value outweighed the candida risk.  In your opinion, do you think I should be on an anti-fungal as well--or cut back on all sugars (fruits included)?  I mentioned the sinus problems to you before, and I believe they are a manifestation of the yeast syndrome.  I've read multiple places that yeast and mold are generally the root of long-standing sinus conditions.  

Again, I really really appreciate your assistance in answering my questions.  Your help has been invaluable to me.

Thank-you so much for your helpful advice!  I've read about colostrum before and it has always been on my mind as a "potential" treatment implement.  From reading online, many people are experiencing astonishing results--especially with chronic fatigue and candida.  I was wondering if I could get information on the discount program for this product. Also, you mentioned that you had dealt with CFIDS in your past--is this something that you've been able to overcome?  I find hope the most necessary component in my path towards health, and although I've only experienced modest improvement over time, I whole-heartedly believe that there is a cure and that I will have energy one day.  Thanks again for your time and your excellent advice.  I truly appreciate it!

P.S.  I'm looking into adrenal therapy, whereby they aim to boost my adrenal function by eliminating much of the stress (see website below).  In your expert opinion, would the adrenal gland heal itself when the immune system is functioning properly or would the immune system function at a higher rate by adding support to the adrenal gland.  It's kind of a "chicken and egg" sort of thing.

I've been fending off chronic fatigue for nearly 10 years now.  I crashed completely at 21 and was unable to work or even leave the house.  Now at 26, I'm fully aware that alcohol, western diet, stress, and other drugs brought me to the state I'm in today.  Now, I generally eat only organic foods and am mindful of what I eat when I go out.  I was a vegetarian for a while, but that didn't work for my body type.  I ate low carb for a while, but that left me craving fruits and grains.  I'm more liberal with my diet now and am unsure as to whether that's wise with my past candida issues (liberal with fruits, veggies, sprouted grains, and organic meats).  I've read a book called "Chronic Fatigue Unmasked" which opened my eyes to the idea that my adrenal glad could very well be the culprit behind my lingering fatigue, and that without allowing it rebuild itself, I may never fully heal.  My question to you is this:  what would you suggest for chronic fatigue and candida--are there any books, supplements, or treatments that are generally beneficial to the chronic fatigue sufferer?

Thank you for your question. This is interesting, as i myself had suffered from Sever Chronic Fatigue and Chronic Inflammation Years ago, and it almost claimed my life.

At that time however i was young, and had no knowledge on medicine. It continued for well over a decade, by this time i had all the knowledge and experience i needed, and therefore healed my body.

So i shall tell you first hand, that CFS is linked not only to a failure in the adrenal gland, but in the Entire Immune System itself. The site you sent me was working this morning when i re-checked. What i must tell you honestly, is that i have not used nor heard of these products before, especially the Adrenal enhancer, and as it said it can have diverse effects on different body types. I wonder if the site had Physicians that can advise you more on it.

I am a bit uncertain to tell you the truth, simply because i do not know enough about these products, and if they will actually work for you... to tell you that it is safe for you to take them.
