1000 flax oil
200  selenium
200  chromium piccolinate
1 teas. barley greens
1 tbls. apple cidar vinegar
1 tbsp. coconut oil
all in 10-12 oz of liquid.

Thank you for your time.
-----Answer-----
Picolinate is a carcinogen.

I would do the flax, green and coconut oil with Ultimate Green Zone.

Tonja, should I continue with just chromium without piccolinate?  Also should I continue with selenium?  ANd lastly, should I do the barley greens WITH the Ultimate Green ZOne?

Again,
THANK YOU for your time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Answer
You want Chromium bound to amino acids.  It is called Chromium GTF.  You can utilize it this way.
I would suggest Thai Go with Mangosteen as an antioxidant.  It is a much better choice.
I would do the Ultimate Green Zone and skip the Barley. You will get a much more rounded source of greens with EFA's and proteins.
