Hello,

I am a 29 year old guy, I have been suffering from severe dandruff since my mid teens. I have lost a lot of hair on
account of dandruff, in spite of not having a lot of hair on my head, I still suffer from dandruff. I have tried a variety of shampoos and even applied moisturizers etc, but nothing helps.Your help will be highly appreciated.

Thank you for writing.

There is actually a simple remedy that should clear it all within a few weeks. Do not use dandruff shampoos as they sometimes make the problems worse.

Go to a health food/natural supplement store and purchase some Organic Apple Cider Vinegar. Pour some into a clean spray bottle. Spray your scalp with this every night before bed, rubbing the cider vinegar in gently.

That is all you need to do. It will take care of the dandruff. In many cases this remedy has also stimulated hair growth.
