Question
I am attached to my PC, and I seem to be wasting my summer away not getting any exercise.  I'm often not around people, and I haven't worked in a very long time.  My main concern is excersize.  How can I get myself to get more.  and is this depression?

Hi Cheryl,
Computers will take up as much of your time as you will allow them. Unplug it and join a health club or the YMCA if you can aford it. Otherwise, call a friend or nearby relative and go out and play tennis, or go to the public pool.
walking is good first step (pardon the pun) to get some exercise into your daily routine. Unplug your computer and get on with life.
