Question
I am a 29 year old type 1 diabetic.  I was diagnosed 15 years ago.  I try hard to maintain good control my A1C is 8.5 however. Also 2 years ago I was told that mt kidney function is declining and was put on several different blood pressure medicines all of which had severe side effects so I quit taking them.  I just found out I also have P.C.O.S.  My periods are irregular anywhere form 29 to 38 days and sometimes I don't have any. I am suffering from bad skin and excessive hair growth. I'm looking for herbs or supplements, or things I can do to improve my health and quality of life. I feel fine, I feel healthy..but years from now I want to be able to keep up with my children I have 2 and would like to have another.  Any advice would be appreciated.  Thanks, Christie

Answer
Dear Christie,

Thank you for your question. I have actually come across something new recently that i will point you to that will help your body reverse all the conditions you are suffering with. You should know that diabetes is definitely not a permanent condition.

First i must advise you on diet:

Cut out all soy products, except fermented soy. Miso, tempeh and soy-sauce are good. [fermented]

Raw soy itself contains goitrogens which depress thyroid function. It also contains phytic acid which hinders the bodies' ability to absorb proteins, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc. In general it is an enzyme inhibitor. Please be careful of soy.

Next, please make sure you avoid all artificial sweeteners:
splenda, sucralose, aspartame, nutra-sweet, equal, acesulfame potassium.

Splenda/sucralose have become very popular these days but are just as bad if not worse than aspartame. These sweeteners are found in store bought vitamins, protein powders, anything sugar-free, gum, chocolate, soda... etc. Please read labels carefully and cut out all artificial sweeteners. This is very important.

Supplementation:

What your body needs the most now is anti-oxidants and  immune-building.

Please look into this product:
www.tryfrutavida.com/main

It will provide support to your immune system, provide a high amount of anti-oxidants, normalize blood sugar, balance your hormonal system, and address the kidneys.
I advise you read their product testimonials, which are quite inspiring.

The dosage you would begin with is 1 ounce daily for the first 5-7 days, and then increase to 2 ounces daily after that.

Your periods will normalize once more and the cysts will dissolve in the presence of anti-oxidants. Skin condition will also improve. The excess hair growth will stop once your hormones are back into balance. Androgen production needs to stop and it will once hormones are balanced.

The other thing you should know is that PCOS can also cause blood sugar problems as well as abnormal insulin production.

I am however very confident that the mentioned supplement will address all your needs.

I will add one more thing to this protocol though, please look into a product called transfer factor-glucoach.
Found here:
www.trinity.my4life.com

It is an advanced immune building natural product that specifically targets immune related diabetes. Before i knew about the frutavida product this is the product i recommended to those suffering with both types of diabetes and the results have always been excellent. I would therefore advise the combining of the two for maximum benefit.

If you have any more question at all, please do not hesitate to email me.

With best wishes and much success to you,

Imran Rajan
