Alternative Medicine/Dry skin and hair

Question
What can I do to regain healthy, shiny hair? Is that possible at my age which is 63? My skin is clear and unwrinkled, but slightly dry and my hair is still thick but rather dry and lifeless. I am female and attributing the dryness to my improper diet; processed foods, high fat and very little protein. I did have my gallbladder removed ten years ago, and have had digestive problems since. Thankyou for your response.

Answer
I would suggest adding lots of good fats to your diet like nuts, olive oil, fish - only if it was caught in the ocean, avacados, etc.
Take Super Omega 3, take digestive enzymes like Hi-Lipase to break down your fats, as if you have had your gallbladder taken out, that is probably a challenge. Take them with meals.
Use HSN-W (hair skin and nails) to give your hair the nutrients it needs.
Do a liver cleanse like Tiao He Cleanse esp, if you tend to be irritable or frustrated in your temperment.

Drink more water.
Don't use shampoos with laura sulphates.

I like Natria
