50 year old male.No medical problems.Dont smoke/drink.Eat natural foods, very little meat.Find I am tiring easier and gaining weight.Need something to give me my PEP back.Tried ginseng-got headaches-high BP.What say ye?

Answer
Hi Bud,
I would look at doing some basic nutrition.

1.  Ultimate Green Zone - great for breakfast or mid-morning snack. Blend in blender with pineapple juice. Give you good nutrition.

2.  Mineral Chi tonic-All the minerals you are missing + adaptagenic herbs to help with energy.

What you did not say is when are you tired.
First thing in the AM?
After lunch?
Etc?

Any digestive issues?

Where on your body are you gaining weight?
