Hello. I am 21 years-old and have a 14-month-old son. He is no longer breastfeeding exclusively, but still a few times a day and at night. My periods have not yet returned, and we are ready to begin trying again. Tinkering with our nursing sessions hasn't seemed to have much effect, and I don't want to wean completely or go on clomid to become fertile. Can you suggest some herbs that would help me induce menstruation and conceive another child?

It would be best to work with a health care professioanl to get to the root issue.
There can be so many reasons you are not yet having a cycle.
The easiest would be pituitary.
For this I would suggest MasterGland to stimulate the pituitary to tell the ovaries to being having a cycle.
Liver can also be involved. To know that would take a complete consult.
Nutrition depetion after a child can also be an issue.

To restore this I would suggest the following

Going off meets and dairy with hormones.
