Alternative Medicine/Hair thinning

QuestionDear Imran,
Thank you so much for taking the time to reply to my concern. I hope by the time you receive this you and your family are well and in good spirits.
I recently went to a Tiebetian Doctor here in San Diego. He did a urine analysis and took a few pulse readings on me to determine what was wrong with me. I specifically went and did not tell him what was wrong with me, because I wanted to see if he could tell that I had a kidney problem, high blood pressure and major figidity (like picking at my cuticles and craking my finger and toe knuckles constantly. I drive myself nuts}.
Well, he found that I have a lot of wind and heat and that I've had and have lots of depression. Yes, I've had major depression since I've been a young girl. So, that was good and then when I told him I had high blood pressure and major kidney problems he could not believe it. He retook my pulse and still didn't see anything revealed. He told me to send him the report from the doctor. I did. I had a Kidney function test back in June and the findings, my left kidney is in atrophy and working 30%. The surgury was this: the ureta was constricted about 2 to 3 inches right by the kidney and there was a huge ball of back up gunk, so the surgeon cut out the constricted ureta section and back up stuff and put in a stent. that was in April 92.
Back to the Tiebetian Doc.... so I told him all this, He usually prescribes a diet and herbs. (Interestingly, you said the same things about the artificial sweetners, oils, water, and soy products, for my hair regrowth). He also added much more and now that I sent him the kidney report he has herbs ready for me to include with the diet.
I'm wondering if I should wait to see what herbs he is prescribing for me and get back to you to see if they are in line with what you told me to do to regenerate my hair and hormones.. What do you think?
All my best,
Wendy

Question -
I am 53 years old. My hair has been thinning for a while now to where I'm noticing the thinning and am upset about it. I had my last period in May, so menapause is part of the scenerio. I also take Lisenpril for high blood presure. Yes, stress is there and I could definately eat better. I've been depressed practically since childhood. Of course I have happiness on and off. My pops passed away after the Cedar fires here in San Diego County. That was the first death I've encountered from a loved one. I feel hopeless a lot and at the same time feel so alone and still have hope.

Dear Wendy,
Thank you for your letter.
Let me begin by saying i am sorry to hear of your loss. I am however glad hope still lives within you, for hope is sometimes the only light we can rely on in life.
Please be as strong as you can and know that things will get better. Never give up hoping.
We can solve the hair thinning quite easily.
First i advise we normalize your hormonal levels, both estrogen and progesterone.
Please take the super-food found at the website below:
www.tryfrutavida.com/main
www.frutavidastories.com
You would take 2 ounces per day; 1 ounce twice daily.
This will normalize hormonal levels, get rid of the high blood pressure and will help stop hair loss.
Add to this folic acid. Please take 3 tablets every night just before you get into bed. You may start with 1 table for 3 days, then increase to 2 tablets for the next 3 days, and finally get onto 3 daily. The tablets should be only 1mg. You would therefore be taking 3mg altogether.
Combined with the superfood your hair will grow back stronger and thicker.
Dietary Reccomendaitons:
Cut out all soy products except fermented soy.
Miso, tempeh and soy-sauce are healthy. [fermented]
Soy contains goitrogens which depress thyroid function. It also contains phytic acid which hinders the bodies' ability to absorb proteins, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc. In general it is an enzyme inhibitor.
Make sure to avoid all artificial sweeteners:
splenda, sucralose, aspartame, nutra-sweet, equal, acesulfame potassium.
Splenda/sucralose have become very popular these days and are just as bad, if not worse than aspartame. These sweeteners are all very toxic and are found in store bought vitamins, protein powders, anything sugar-free, gum, chocolate, soda... etc.
Please read labels carefully and cut out all artificial sweeteners. This is very important.
Both soy and artificial sweeteners weaken the immune system. And the immune system is one of the keys to healing illness. Therefore the more we can support immune related health the better.
Cut out all margarine and hydrogenated fats. Cut out canola, rapeseed and soybean oils. These are very unhealthy. Replace with butter, ghee, unrefined coconut oil, sesame oil, and virgin olive oil.
7 glasses of water per day is a good idea to help flush out toxins from the body. Warm or room temperature water, never cold. Never drink tap water. It must be filtered.
Avoid drinking distilled water. It leads to mineral depletion and hair loss.
With best wishes,
Imran.
AnswerDear Wendy,
Thank you for your response.
I am glad you visited a Tibetan doctor. They are very trustworthy. Something comes to memory now; i remember watching a documentary on the discovery channel about medicine. They said records show that the medicine buddha brought the knowledge of 50,000 illnesses and 50,000 cures.
The tibetan monks are still trying to convert the knowledge from indian sanskrit to tibetan sanskrit. It is very intriguing indeed. That much knowledge, yet most will never know about it. I suspect it was meant for the tibetans only, as such knowledge could be easily misused in the wrong hands.
Anyway, if your tests showed your kidney is atrophied, then we will have to follow one more step.
We have very recently discovered some natural immune-peptides in liquid form, created by a very small group of doctors. The product is not really advertised, generally spread by word of mouth.
In my experience i have never to date come across anything so powerful and yet so safe. It has made all our regular immune products like transfer factor completely obsolete, for nothing seems to compare to the regenerative properties of these peptides.
I would advise the use of good diet, together with 7 vials of the peptides. This will regenerate your kidneys. Taking the fruta-vida after that will balance your hormonal state, and provide good nutrition.
This protocol will be all you need.
I ask that you follow your heart here, for i do not want to take away from the tibetan doctor. What i have recommended will normalize your condition completely. However his protocol may very well do the same.
What i will do is forward to you the information i have on the peptides by email, and you can then decide which path to take.
Please email me at: second-sun@shaw.ca
Add "Liquid Nirvana Info" in the subject heading, and i will forward the info to you. It is on word document.
With best wishes,
Imran
