Question -
What can make your hair grow faster? I know some are going to say nothing, or diet, or prenatal vits, or genetics, or warm weather, or all of the above.... if ANYTHING has LITERALLY worked... please tell me.
My hair only grows 1/2 in every 3-4 mos. as oppossed to the avg 1/2 in a month........
If it is the prenatal vitamins.... which componant would most likely be the one? Folic acid?

Dear Amanda,
Thank you for your question. It is interesting you ask me this for we have recently come across something very effective in terms of nutrition to help hair-regrowth as well as healthier and faster growth.
Please look into the supplement below.
www.tryfrutavida.com/main
This formula has been tried and proven to work.
If one analyzes the physical body, one realizes that nutrition and sleep are what keep the physical body well, energized, balanced and strong.
A lack in one of these causes imbalances. Problems with hair growth usually always points to a lack of inner energy flow and the "right" kind of nutrition.
The above supplement has literally worked for several of our clients! It is a good product!
With best wishes to you,
Imran.
AnswerHello again Amanda,
Thank you for your question. As i stated in my previous email i believe a lack of proper nutrition is the cause of your problem.
So in my experience and what i have personally seen with my own eyes it all points to a nutritional deficiency.
That is why i recommended the particular supplement, as it has worked well for people with your problems.
Chlorine in the water we bathe in has a part to play in as well especially with people who experience
a lot of hair loss. But again, nutrition can combat that as well!
Now to break down each vitamin and component to find out which one may be lacking or causing the deficiency is a difficult task! There are nutrients that nourish the immune system, different nutrients that nourish the nervous system, different nutrients that nourish the hormonal system, different nutrients to strengthen the pancreas and liver, then there are anti-oxidants to take into account and free radical damage in the physical body.
So generally we advise an all-in-one supplement. This is the safest way to go. Taking just one vitamin or mineral will not do it, it unfortunately never has. I hope you understand.
So again, this is my advice to you!
There are many of us practitioners on the allexperts website that you can contact and ask your question to.
If you therefore feel my advice is not helpful, by all means please do contact someone else and get another opinion.
It can only be of benefit to you.
But i will stand by 100% on what i have advised you today as this is what experience has taught me, and i have relayed that knowledge to you!
Best wishes and much success to you Amanda,
Imran.
