I'm from the USA.  Thanks for answering my previous requests:  As you suggested earlier I am now on the Female Formula and the Transfer Factor Rio-Vida.  My question today is:  I often go to sleep around 10 p.m.  (and I always have to take something to go to sleep at night).  I'm awake again around 1 or 2 in the morning and does not go back to sleep during the night except maybe 30 minutes.  This really affects me the next day on the job and makes it very hard because it occurs night after night.  What should I do or where should I start?  What will make my body know that it needs to calm down and go to sleep at night--and more than just 3-4 hours.  Thanks
