Alternative Medicine/Intestinal Gas

Question
Hi Jayne.  I have a very embarrassing problem.  A little over a year ago, I committed to eating healthier.  With that came much intestinal gas.  This has become a constant problem and is very offensive.  I have since stopped eating very healthy (I know, shame shame), and the problem continues.  I'm wondering if by changing my eating to healthier I somehow threw off my system.  I'm looking for recommendations for diet, natural remedies, supplements, etc. to remedy my problem.  It really has affected my quality of life, and I'm in need of a solution.

Thank you, Steffanie

Answer
You're not digesting carbs most likely.  Take digestive enzymes with meals and drink peppermint tea with anise and fennel.  You may want to try a series of colonics.  Look up a colon therapist in your area. the reason I way this is i had the same problem and she really helped.  Jayne
