Alternative Medicine/Jasmine tea

Question
I have a lot of pain in my legs ..loss of calcium.  Medicine has not helped.

I read that jasmine tea helps you endure pain better.

I also have a couple of jasmine plants that flower all the time.  Can I dry the flowers and add them to my tea?  Or is it a special jasmine flower that is usually used?  Could I use them before they wither?

Thank you for your time.

Answer
Dear Arlette,
I cannot find that jasmine tea helps pain tolerance, but I don't know everything, so if you have found that information, it is the flowers that are used and you can pick them and steep them as you need them.  Most people do not have access to fresh ones, so I hope this does help you.  There are many foods rich in calcium, I would suggest a search for a list.  Sometimes calcium pills and tablets do not absorb into the body, but foods high in calcium would probably help your situation.
I wish you well.
Kind Regards,
