Alternative Medicine/Juice Plus (Juice+)

Question
I don't know if I am in the right place to ask this question, but here goes... My wife's friend is trying to get us to try a product called Juice+ because we (modern people in general) don't get enough fruits and vegetables in our diets. This product is supposed to be the equivalent of 17 servings of fruits and veggies in 4 capsules. This doesn't make sense to me at all. Do you know what the truth is???
Thanks, Paul.

Answer
Althought I don't use or carry this product, it is a good product.  But it is what it is, fruits and veggies in a bottle.  Better than nothing at all but always better to eat them as organic fruits and veggies.
I prefer green drinks, like Ultimate Green Zone, which is really a whole meal which can be made a a smoothie but Juice Plus is a good product as far as quality. Don't know the specifics as to how many fruits and veggies are in it. If you are getting nothing, it is a good place to begin.
