Can i take both Conjugated Linoleic Acid (Tonalin) and Gamma Linoleic Acid (Primrose Oil) at the same time?

Yes, there is no reason why CLA and GLA or other omega 6 and 3 oils cannot be taken together. In fact in many cases, it may be beneficial to get a mixture, since that more closely mimics the way we get these oils in foods.
