Question
Tonya
I am 48,have always been a fairly hard drinker.I am quite active and dont eat much, but cant lose the big belly.
Do you think the alcohol may have damaged my liver, causing this?
If so,if I stop drinking, will it repair itself?

Answer
You would want to build your liver to help in the repair process. Only a doctor can tell you if you have damaged your liver but you can go on line and read more about the dangers of drinking and liver issues.

I would do the following to help an any repair to the liver
Milk Thistle Combo - for repair
SAM-E - for liver health
Ultimate Green Zone - nutrition and liver health
Flax Seed
Magneisum - Alcohol depeles magnesium
Kudzu/St. Johns to reduce cravings and help with withdrawals.

You can go to www.herbalhealthsolutions.4the.net to learn more.
I would find a qualifed health care practioner to work with throughout this process.
