Answer
Dear Bernadette,

Forgive the delay in answering you, i have been extremely busy as a lot of people are seeking my advice.

If your friend has MS, she will need to make some dietary changes and take supplements to build her immune system.

Please ask her to cut out Bread [gluten] and to cut out all milk products. Milk especially, due to the hormone content, and pasteurization process.

Further more she needs to get as much sun light as she can,
without burning her skin or wearing toxic sun screens.
Vitamin D production, and UV Radiation are very helpful in helping the body heal from MS.

I sincerely encourage her to cut out All Artificial sugars from her daily diet; splenda, sucralose, aspartame,
acesulfame potassium. These are Detrimental to our health.

Also she should try to cut out all toxic oils; margarine, canola, rapeseed and soy bean oils.

Cut out All soy products, except fermented soy. Miso and soy sauce are good. [fermented]

Vaccines of all types MUST be avoided for her body to start healing again. We need to remove as much toxin accumulation from her body as we can.

Soft drinks, sodas, are high is regular sugar and should be cut down if not completely eliminated. She should also try her best to sleep early every night, so her circadian rhythms return to normal.
Early is 10PM.  11PM then at the latest.

Cod liver oil is a very good source of vitamin D as well, and she should get on to this. The Carlson's brand is good. The addition of Omega-3 in the oil is also quite helpful to the immune system.

Stress should also be cut down and reduced, and there are technologies that one can wear in pendant form to help counter stress and help the body in the healing process overall.

This is a beginning and will make a difference to her condition. Next i would work specifically with re-building her immune system, and working to shield her body against the toxic effects of EMR.

If she is wiling to take natural supplements, we can really help her get back to health again. In that case i will give you all the details necessary for the protocol.
Please let me know.

To be honest, in the state she is in, i do not know if the Doctors can do a lot for her, especially having lesions in the brain, and i am not comfortable at all with the use of steroids. They are dangerous.

I believe however, that the lesions could very well be reversed, again with building her immune system.

In the end, it should be known that the body has a powerful ability to heal itself if it is given the right support and building blocks. The original pattern of good health always exists, even in sickness.

And above all she should pray as much as she can...
and remove doubts from her mind.  God created the physical organism, and therefore with the help of God, it can once more heal and return to health and strength.

Talk to you friend and see what she wants to do, if she is ready and willing to try an alternative, then we will help her.

Best Wishes
