Alternative Medicine/Menstrual...

Question
Jane,
Thank you for your time, although I do have to politely say that you have offended me.  I'm not a child having a child.  I'm a very mature responisible married adult.  In fact, the first time I had ever had intercourse was ~AFTER~ I was married.  It is my religious belief to keep yourself whole and pure until marriage.
I married at a young age of 19 because it was the right thing for me.  It wouldn't suit everyone's needs, but it did mine.  We are very happy and have a wonderful marriage.  We are very stable financially and in all aspects.
We prayerfully prepared for the conception of our child and are currently preparing to concieve again, as well as being in the process of becoming foster parents.
We take great seriousness in the honor of being parents.  To be a mother is the greatest gift God has given woman.  I do not take light of that.  I earnestly seek for the best of my child and family.  I strive to raise them in a loving, stable environment.
Your comments really hurt.  I don't hold grudges, but an apology would mean a lot.
Back to subject.  I regularly visit OBs or my midwife, depending on the circumstance.  I do not wish for you to tell me what to do or what is wrong with me, just curious as if you had any other ideas for me.
I currently eat a VERY healthy diet, due to my upbringing.  My mother is a Master Herbalist, Reiki Master, (almost) a Massage Therapist, and runs her own wellness clinic, among many other (natural) things.  In fact I am in the process of enrolling in school to work towards my PhD in Holistic Medicine.
I already  have a a few ideas of my own, concerning my condition, but was hoping others may also be able to enlighten me.  I am finding though that I am not being told anything other than what I don't already know.
Thank you again for your time.
Christina

I need to give a back ground in order to ask my question, but I will try and keep it short, although I am afraid I tend to ramble.
Since I was 13 I have had severe menstrual cramping, to the point were I would spend a day, sometimes 2 days, in bed.
Two and a half years ago I got pregnant with my first child and also developed on ovarian cyst.  It went away in time.
With being pregnat and nursing, my period did not return until just last year, at the end of September 2003.  I got pregnant again, but miscarried, November 2003.
Since my miscarriage, my periods have been getting worse and worse with every month.  I am at the point were I spend the first 3 days in bed crying, tossing and turning in pain.  Then I spend about another 3 days with pain that will "stop me in my tracks" but will pass with some slow breathing.  Then when my period finishes, I still have 2 days of mild cramping.  And last month when I was ovulating, I was on the floor in tears because the painswas so intense.
The other strange thing is, normally I have VERY regular periods, but this last time, it had only been 2 weeks before my period came again.
I also think I may have another cyst.  I can't pick my son up or sneeze with out getting shooting pains.
I believe strongly in following my intuition and following my spirit.  For a few months now, I "know" something just isn't right, but I'm not sure what.
I don't take medications and feel strongly that I don't want to just "mask" the problem with pain killers, etc...  I need to get to the root of the problem and work from the root up.
Do you have any ideas of what could be happening or whay I need to do, etc...???  I'm wondering if this has anything to do with my miscarriage, but it has been 5 months!  ???
Thank you for your time and help.
Christina
Answer -
Did you see a doctor after your miscarriage.  I can't tell you what to do except to go see a doctor. there are herbs to help you but I don't know your diet , your emotional state. I'm wondering at your young age why are you so sexually active and not using some form of birth control.
You are a child still having a child.  Your state can be from diet, stress, chemical, nutritional imbalance, hormonal imbalance. You can try an herb called  crampbark, B complex, flaxseed oil and calcium magnesium complex for the cramps.  Keep in touch if you wish and relax . There is a solution but it may be trail and error to find it. Your diet should consist of fruits veggies, grains, no meat for awhile at least red meat. Stop the dairy for a while also.  Good luck and blessings.Jayne

Answer
So sorry I read your question wrong I assumed you were thirteen and had a baby at 11 years old How stupid of me.  I think you should try crampbark and a hormonal herbal balancing formula with dong quai, black cohosh.  take the essential fatty acids and the other vitamins I suggested.  Again I'm sorry that was wrong for me to assume. Ask your mother what herbs to take and recieve some reiki on the area of concern. jayne
