Alternative Medicine/Muscle Pain and replacing T3's

QuestionDo you know of any alternative medicine solutions for pain? I am currently taking 2 - 3 T3's as well as muscle relaxants to manage my chronic pain. 11 months ago, my pain started in my jaw from clentching and has spread to my neck and shoulder muscles. I also suffer from constant headaches. My blood tests have shown low sodium, low blood sugar, and thick blood. I have been 'diagnosed' with dehydrated muscles and have been told to drink water with salt (as much as I can drink) and eat more protein. My diet is healthy otherwise, but I can't help but think 2 months of T3's and occasional muscle relaxants aren't good for me in the long run. So if you have any other ideas, I would truely appreciate your help.

Based on the symptoms i believe you will simply need to take a good nutritional supplement and use a subtle energy based product to counteract stress and fortify your blood.

General recommendations:
Cut out all soy products, soy causes thyroid degradation. Cut out pasteurized milk, take only certified organic or raw milk.
Cut out all artificial sweeteners: splenda, sucralose, aspartame, nutra sweet, equal, spoonful, saccharin, acesulfame potassium, sorbitol, cyclamate, alitame. These sweeteners are toxic.
Make sure you read labels on all products before you purchase.
Make sure you avoid everything that says "sugar free" on it. Cut out all sodas, reduce the intake
of sugar as much as possible.
Cut out the use of microwaves, they lower haemoglobin levels, deteriorate immune functions and produce high numbers of radiolytic compounds in foods. Replace your microwave with a nuwave oven when you can.
Avoid all hydrogenated oils, avoid margarine, canola, rapeseed, and soybean oil.
Replace with butter, ghee, unrefined coconut oil, sesame oil, and virgin olive oil.
If you are using toothpaste that contain fluoride, please replace with a herbal toothpaste that is fluoride free.
If you have dental (mercury) amalgams---get them removed by a dentist who knows how to remove them.
