Question
I have just been diagnosed with a heart condition called QTC.
I've been told I should be put on a prescription pill called Beta Blockers.
I would like to know of other Natural ways I can control this condition.
Do you know of any?

Please forgive the delay, i have been very busy as many are seeking my help.

QT is actually a condition in which there is an abnormally long delay between the electrical excitation and relaxation of the ventricles of the heart.

The adrenergic blocking agents (beta-blockers) prevent adrenalin from binding to the beta receptors in the heart,
which is supposed to slow the pulse.  

This artificial process is not without its side effects.
I would not recommend it.

You may also take 2 tea-spoons of raw honey daily, either in water or from the spoon. Chamomile tea is helpful to take at night to bring relaxation to the nervous system to aid sleep.

Please avoid MSG, caffeine and sugary products.  
Sugar breeds bacteria, as well as weakens the immune system. 1 tea-spoon of sugar for example can stun immune functions for up to 5 hours. Soda's are high in

Cut out All artificial sweeteners from your daily diet: splenda, sucralose, aspartame, acesulfame potassium, nutra-sweet.

These are detrimental to our health. Some of these sweeteners are even found in chewing gums, drinks and store bought vitamins, so be careful to read labels.

If you are currently taking any soy products, please stop.
Cut out all soy products, except fermented soy. Miso and soy sauce are good. [fermented]

Soy itself contains goitrogens which depress thyroid function, it also contains phytic acid, which hinders the bodies' ability to absorb proteins, calcium, magnesium, iron and zinc. In general it is an enzyme inhibitor.

Lastly, it is a good idea to consume about 7-10 glasses of purified water daily. Room temperature to warm are recommended. Water helps to carry out toxins thrown off by our cells.

Get enough rest per night, avoid sleeping late...11PM at the latest if possible.
