QuestionPls can you give me your advice re treating/preventing/minimising rosacea.
Background:
I do not take any medication, but am sure diet adversely affects my facial redness (eg. if I eat a lot of sugary or milky products, and soya). I have a tendency to be anaemic and also have sebaceous cysts. Over the years I've realised that I need to avoid wheat, rye as I cannot digest these foodstuffs easily. Have been told this might be the gluten. If I eat these, I get very bloated and have headaches. I am 38 years old, and not overweight.
Please let me know if there is anything else you need to know, so as to build up a clearer picture.

Thank you for writing. Forgive the delay in response, for some reason your question arrived quite late... it seems you had sent it several days ago.
Your case can be solved quite easily. You are on the right track in avoiding wheat and sugar. What you need to do is add good nutrition and probiotics to your diet, that is all.
Take "I Flora" daily. This probiotics can be found through a search on google. Take 4 capsules daily to begin with, then reduce to 2 after 3 weeks. This will effectively rebuild the flora your intestines need.
Next, you will need a good nutritional supplement containing antioxidants. This one is excellent, it is called fruta vida:

Take 2 ounces daily, on an empty stomach. You can divide the doses... 1 ounce twice daily. You should also apply this same formula to the affected areas on your skin every night just before bed.
It is a good idea to have a shower in the evenings, about an hour before bed. One therefore gets into bed clean. A lot of people take a shower in the morning, are out at work all day, the body sweats, gets dirty, dead skin cells are shedding, and then they come home and go to bed with all of this. It is not hygienic. Therefore best to avoid it.
Note: cold showers are the absolute best in regards to ones physiological health.
You should also take organic apple cider vinegar daily. This together with the fruta vida will cover all your nutritional needs. Take 1 tablespoon of the organic apple cider vinegar in a glass of purified water or in grape juice. Take this twice daily.
This protocol should effectively and quickly solve the problem for you.
General recommendations:
Cut out all soy products, soy causes thyroid degradation. Cut out pasteurized milk, take only certified organic or raw milk.
Cut out all artificial sweeteners: splenda, sucralose, aspartame, nutra sweet, equal, spoonful, saccharin, acesulfame potassium, sorbitol, cyclamate, alitame. These sweeteners are toxic.
Make sure you read labels on all products before you purchase. Make sure you avoid everything that says "sugar free" on it.
Cut out the use of microwaves, they lower haemoglobin levels, deteriorate immune functions and produce high numbers of radiolytic compounds in foods. Replace your microwave with a nuwave oven when you can.
Avoid all hydrogenated oils, avoid margarine, canola, rapeseed, and soybean oil.
Replace with butter, ghee, unrefined coconut oil, sesame oil, and virgin olive oil.
7-10 glasses of water per day is a good idea to help flush out toxins from the body. Warm or room temperature water, never cold. Never drink tap water or distilled water. Remember, drink purified water only.
If you are using toothpaste that contain fluoride, please replace with a herbal toothpaste that is fluoride free.
If you have dental (mercury) amalgams---get them removed by a dentist who knows how to remove them.
Never agree to silver amalgams either, as they are 50% mercury. The dentist must provide a bio-agreeable material
as a filling.
